So, you want to lose weight?
First of all, you are in the right place! The place that can provide you with the right info. to get that excess weight (and the emotional stuff connected to it) shifted for good. I know, 'cos I've been there. Binge eating was a reality for me, for five years, when I was a teenager. How I healed, is what I share in my workshops, phone sessions and e-Book.
Maybe you have tried dieting like I did, and found that even though you lost some weight, you regained it pretty quick.
Well, I'd like us to explore, in this blog (maybe with the help of the free 'Am I hungry' download or the True Slimness E-book, or a phone session) the reason for excess weight and this regaining of excess weight after dieting.
So, to start, I propose discussing our experiences and opinions about the fact that the underlying emotional issues that send us to the fridge when full have not been resolved.
By underlying issue I mean things like stress, boredom, the fact you dislike your job but feel powerless to change, financial worries, that annoying conversation you had with your mother/ husband/ daughter. Things like this, can literally, cause us to overeat.
Over the next few days notice the times, you eat, when you know you are already physically full and see if you can also pinpoint, what emotion or issue, was going on within you, at that point in time, when you ate when full.
