Creativity in weight loss

Giving up eating when full involves tuning into what you desire in life. As you practice the 'Am I hungry?' free download from my web site www.trueslimness.co.uk you may notice you often eat when full because of some aspect of your life that you are not yet satisfied with, and maybe even feel you have little hope of ever changing. This aspect of your life is not your excess weight, but the emotional stuff that lies hidden within your excess weight. We are going a level deeper than that surface issue of excess pounds, and into the emotional cause of those excess pounds.
It is very real, exciting and a bit of an adventure to face what emotionally we have never really consciously faced before, this is what makes losing weight either difficult or easy - the willingness or not to face up to whatever is there emotionally, hidden by patterns of 'eating when full'. Once we 'stop when full' / break the pattern of 'eating when full' up comes to light that which we have been hiding ourselves from - unresolved emotional stuff. Go there, and you get slim! That's the journey - the inner journey to true and lasting slimness. Not only a journey but an adventure, and this is where creativity comes in. Once you have broken out of the eat when full cycle in response to whatever is half-hidden emotionally, you are into creativity because often our negative or uncomfortable emotions are part of living an uncreative life - an uncreative life can be described as a life we do not really want to be living, the feeling of 'I'd like things to be different but I feel I need more money to do it, or I need a partner to do it , or I need to be younger, more attractive to do it,' and let's not forget our firm favourite - 'I need to be slimmer to do it!' Let's look at the truth of the matter - I need to be more creative to do it, I need to resolve my emotional stuff to do it. and the 'Am I hungry?' free download from my website www.trueslimness.co.uk is a condensed course in this.
and if you'd like further study you can back this up with a course of phone sessions or a copy of True Slimness the paperback (see my website for details).
Take the time now to think or write down five things you would like to create. Focus on their creation. True Slimness the e-book and paperback is filled with ideas on how to dissolve the blocks to their attainment. Slimness, good health and creativity go hand in hand. Enjoy!
Until next time,
Sofia.
